My path in football started on the pitch and went far beyond it. I lived the life of a professional footballer and experienced its highs and lows – this is not abstract for me. At Giallanza Sport, we know that talent matters, but consistency, discipline, and the right environment matter even more. We also know that injuries, periods without playing, and uncertainty is an inevitable part of every footballer’s career.

From my own professional, personal, and family experience, I understand how vital it is - especially for the young players - to have the right support, closely, personally, with long-term commitment. I believe football is a shared journey - it involves the player, their family, mentors, and all those who stand beside for the good of the player every day.

Over the years of my experience as a player, I built an international cooperative network, which expanded through the work of our agency. This network together with my ability to communicate in several languages, gives me a unique opportunity to connect players with clubs and vice versa – with transparency and respect to all involved.

My role is to help young players to focus on football, never give up, and concentrate on the hard work. I take care of everything around the game – communication, fitness, career planning and promotion, both on and off the pitch.
